23/08/10 - Worn Wild in two weeks
We are going to be selling at Worn Wild Melbourne in two weeks time. Worn Wild is an amazing event in Melbourne which features Melbourne and Australia's best designers. Claiming to be a cross between Camden Market and Harajuku all in the heart of Melbourne!
The event is on 5th September at Mercat Cross Hotel in Melbourne and goes from 1pm-6pm. We are very excited to be at what is considered Australia's premier alternative markets.

23/07/10 - Store up online!
We finally have our store up online! It features a lot of our new products which are now on display in the store. They are sorted out into a variety of different categories including some new variants on products seen at Supanova and for those who weren't at Supanova, you can now buy what we were selling there!
We've also overhauled the site, so feel free to browse around and check out all the new changes.

12/07/10 - New Online Store Coming Soon!
We have a new online store that we are set to launch sometime this month or possibly next month. As we had into our second year of business we have massive plans to go well beyond just hair falls and into selling a new range of awesome products that we are sure that you will fall in love with.
These are very exciting times and as for what we're planning on stocking and getting into the new store? We've got plans to restock a lot of items we sold at Supanova but be sure to be on the lookout for our next photoshoot which is set to be amazing!

11/07/10 - New Staff
We have new staff on board although to be honest we're finally recognising the efforts of Julia and Milleh who have put in a tremendous of time and effort into Hairlucination already.
Julia has been Hairlucination's all star performer as a customer, referrer, supplier, photographer and model. She's certainly done it all for us especially with Wednesday Fade's photography which is going to have a very exciting photo shoot for Hairlucination at the end of the month.
Milleh is our artistic and fashion director and in charge of creating and directing photo shoots such as the Fremantle Power Station shoot and will be undertaking a massive new project in Hairlucination's expansion in the upcoming months.

28/06/10 - Supanova Success!
We have just had a blast with our first stall and Supanova was one hell of a place to launch!
We had a lot of success and showed our products to lots of new people, not only our famous hair falls but also many new products showcased such as hats, goggles, gas masks, jewelery and LED products.
Unfortunately we went too well and a lot of products that people are interested in are sold out, in particular the goggles and gas masks which we are hoping to stock more off within the next few weeks.
We're aiming to get another stall around this time next month, just waiting to hear back from the promoter any day now! Thank you to all who made this an awesome success and especially our awesome volunteers too!

21/06/10 - Official Sponsor of Miss Alternative 2010
We are now on board as an official sponsor of Miss Alternative 2010. Miss Alternative 2010 is Australia's hugest and best alternative modelling competition and we are extremely happy to get behind this amazing competition. We will be donating prizes to the top 3 such as hair falls, goggles, gas masks and gift certificates. Craig, founder and owner of Hairlucination will also be a WA representative and helping out with competition in WA.
We are extremely excited to be on board as we are a very big on promoting alternative fashion and modelling and we did not hesitate for a second to jump on board. We encourage all our pretty customers and all the other pretty girls in the alternative scene in Perth to enter. We look forward to seeing all of your entries!

01/06/10 - Supanova this month!
Just a reminder that we will be selling at Supanova this month and we're working feverishly to get everything prepared for the big weekend. Lots of new products as some of you may have seen from our recent shoot at the Fremantle Power Plant and we are planning to sell a huge variety of our falls in the stall so many of you will get to see them in real life.
In other news, we've changed our Tumblr address from Hairlucination to Hybrid Nation to incorporate a new project coming up for Hairlucination within the coming weeks. We will also be keeping a close eye on the Australian Dollar and are keen to reduce the prices soon.
Also created a new promotional picture tonight, tempted to use these as flyers for the show. ^^

22/05/10 - AUD Weaker / Price Increase :(
We have increased the prices of our custom made dread falls, cyberlox and any future orders. Unfortunately this week has seen the Australian Dollar weaken greatly and as we import the best synthetic hair materials from overseas (and any local place you can suggest we buy from imports as well), we have no choice but to raise the price of our falls.
We are extremely sorry about this and we certainly hope that the Australian Dollar bounce back soon!

13/05/10 - Photoshoot on Sunday!
Interested in modelling for Hairlucination?! This is probably going to be one of our biggest shoots yet! We have got Crimson Edge Photography on site who are going to be doing some amazing photography of some absolutely stunning models. For those who have not professionally modeled before, you are more then welcome to contact me if you are interested in making down.
This is going to be an awesome day for all those involved and this will also be the first time our new range of accessories will be on display as a preview for Supanova.

22/04/10 - Vending in Perth soon!
We are expecting an e-mail any day now to confirm our stall @ the Supanova Pop Culture Expo. The process for setting up our stall is around 95% complete.
The stall is going to coincide with the launch of our new product range and our move into stocking a whole bunch of exciting new accessories. We're keeping the range under wraps until the stall but just to give a bit of a sneak peak, we have a video of one of the products we are stocking, check out these insane gas masks!

18/03/10 - Ordering and site updates
We've recently redone up the site to make it much more user friendly, this includes the inclusion of the frequently asked questions and massive changes to the ordering process. The ordering page has been removed which has now been updated and replaced with order forms on the appropriate pages.

We have now a new domain name @ http://www.hairlucination.com, we are still able to be accessed on the old address as well.
We have recently done a photoshoot with Kae-Chan and Wednesday Fades has done an excellent job with the photography for this shoot. The falls made for this shoot can be purchased from our pre-made falls section of the site.
We have recently joined up on Tumblr, we think this is fantastic technology, this site allows us to blog pictures in an extremely aesthetic pleasing manner and updates about our business. We recommend that you have a look at our page, which will only get bigger over time.
We are currently updating and making a few modifications to the site over the next week or two to make ordering far more streamlined then the previous system and are also hoping to have new products up soon.
We've got one more mega photoshoot coming up with some insane hair and some extremely attractive models coming soon too, so keep your eyes out for that too!
